Christmas Team Member Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant store teams for our peak trading period. As a Christmas Team Member, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, maximise sales and be a part of our highly performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period
  • Support colleagues, working as part of a Team focused on creating a memorable customer experience

Key Skills

  • Educate customers as relevant to their need on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards
  • Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process
  • Keep up to date on company/store information by means of Workplace, team briefs, or any other forums the Brand utilizes

Requirements

  • Possess a positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable
