About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient department at Spire St Anthony's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Nursing staff and Consultants to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified nursing staff in providing comprehensive care to patients, ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and increase healthcare knowledge and experience in a supportive and challenging role.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, including Phlebotomy, ECGs, and basic dressings.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2/3 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working in a clinical setting is essential.
  • Computer literate and able to follow instructions precisely.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
