Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Bond and Retain Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the clinical staff with nursing expertise, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Organise and supervise clinical staff, developing their professional abilities in line with our policies, methods, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by nurses, reporting any issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure junior nurses are properly trained and supported in their roles.
- Identify and resolve potential complaints before they become a problem for patients, the organisation, or other nurses.
- Provide coaching on leadership skills to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage conflict resolution and workplace disputes, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Coordinate activities for nurses in related fields, sharing information and best practices to enhance the quality of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered nurse with experience of managing a team.
- Couple years' experience as a senior nurse.
- Experience in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
