A leading player in the fresh produce industry, our client is a well-established and highly successful importer of fresh produce, working with a diverse portfolio of products destined for UK retailers.

We are currently seeking a Production QC Supervisor to strengthen their quality team at an exciting time of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a small QC team on a night shift to ensure all product is checked and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations.
  2. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement quality control processes.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  4. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance at Supervisory / Team Leader level.
  2. Fresh Produce knowledge required, with exposure to Fruit products advantageous.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
