About the Role

As a Fragrance and Beauty Sales Consultant at Chanel, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to clients in our luxury beauty department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance and beauty products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide personalized sales consultations to clients, offering product recommendations and solutions to meet their individual needs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., beauty, fashion, business) preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a retail or beauty-related environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong product knowledge and sales skills.
