Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning in a variety of secondary schools across Crewe and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in the absence of the teacher
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons
  • Manage the behaviour within the classroom
  • Manage handover back to the teacher

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 months experience in a relevant field (e.g. sports coaching, youth work, drama/art workshop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
