Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Space Executive in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a significant impact on our payment product offering.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop innovative payments solutions, collaborating with the Product Owner throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Payments Product Owner and cross-functional delivery teams to manage and visualise outcomes, as well as scope and prioritise work.
  • Identify and compare the most effective processes or delivery methods to use in order to enable the delivery of effective solutions and outcomes.
  • Select and utilise the most appropriate tools and techniques to support the planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation and improvement of systems and services within a project.
  • Investigate, analyse and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Document conceptual models to support strategic planning and decision making.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong background as a Business Analyst in a Fintech/Payments context, working with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product development.
  • Prior experience with payments automation.
  • Mandatory experience with SWIFT systems, ISO 20022 and payment gateway integrations.
  • A solid understanding of APIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide them towards business goals.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques to elicit, document and manage requirements effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimise business outcomes.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
