Job Summary:

Aircraft Maintenance Technician - MAN

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline, is seeking a skilled Cat A Licensed Mechanic to join their team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine Servicing and Defect Rectification: Perform routine maintenance tasks and rectify defects on Ryanair's fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Recovery: Recover aircraft from ground status, minimizing downtime and ensuring timely return to service.
  • Maintaining a Safe and Compliant Working Environment: Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Mentoring and Training: Mentor and train Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Aircraft Line Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in aircraft line maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • EASA or UK CAA Part-66 Cat A License: Hold a valid EASA or UK CAA Part-66 Cat A License, with a strong understanding of maintenance regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good IT Literacy: Demonstrate good IT literacy, with experience using maintenance management systems and software.
