Key Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of construction projects up to £5m. This includes preparing and agreeing interim valuations to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a QS or Estimator on projects. A Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction-related qualification would be advantageous.
