The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef de Partie to join our client's team in Chipping Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work in a busy kitchen environment, delivering high-quality dishes to a Rosette standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas
  • Manage and maintain stock levels, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and excellent cooking skills
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
  • A strong passion for food and creating amazing dishes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Dedication, motivation, and a positive attitude, with flexibility to cover shifts as required
  • Able to live locally or have own transport

About the Role
