Our Retail Team
We're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bath. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering commercial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a premium customer experience
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Achieve targets and exceed KPIs
- Inspire the team to deliver exceptional service through regular training and coaching
- Implement and maintain effective operational processes and procedures
- Support with recruitment and performance reviews
- Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail management experience at a similar level
- A passion for luxury or premium product
- A proven track record of increasing overall business performance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong commercial and product management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve team and individual goals
- Great people management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
