We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our installation and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effective and efficient installation and maintenance of Dispense Systems in the On Trade.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical specifications and quality standards for equipment, providing perfect pour training and glassware advice, communicating with customers about incomplete work and actions taken, and attending training and appraisal activities to deliver on personal KPIs and personnel development plan.
We are looking for an individual with at least 12-18+ months of experience as a Drinks Dispense Technician, who is able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines, has excellent customer service skills with attention to quality and process, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT equipment.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per year, plus opportunities to earn more with overtime including enhanced on-call allowances. They will also have access to benefits such as competitive parental leave, pension contributions, 25 days holidays per year + bank holidays, and private medical health insurance.
