Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Huntley Place, Green Park Village. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service, providing excellent care to our residents, and supporting our Support Workers in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans, risk assessments, and medication charts
- Conduct monitoring checks, including medication competency, spot checks, and carer assessments
- Work closely with other Team Leaders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve service goals and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the health and social care sector
- Currently hold or working towards a NVQ Level 3
- Ability to work on-call and participate in an on-call rota
- Right to work in the UK
What We Offer
