Job Title: Tractor Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled tractor driver to join our team at Summer Field Work. As a tractor driver, you will be responsible for operating tractors and other agricultural equipment to support our farming operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate tractors and other agricultural equipment to perform tasks such as potato and corn carting, rolling, and secondary cultivations.
  • Assist with other non-tractor driving-related tasks, including working on a variety of crops.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve farming goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license (essential).
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
