  • Develop and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap and value realisation plan aligning with client strategic objectives, considering future enhancements, upgrades, and innovations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations, overseeing thorough testing to ensure performance, functionality, and security.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including design documents, configuration details, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

For this role, we estimate the salary to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as offering a range of benefits including flexible working, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and more.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, consistently delivering quality to deadlines and escalating issues and blockers in a timely manner.
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, beyond ITSM.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills with customers and colleagues.
  • ITIL and/or TOGAF qualified.
  • Experience of working with Agile SDLC methods.
  • Experienced in data architecture and master data management.
