Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the premises to identify potential security risks and take corrective action as needed
  • Ensure all access points are secure and authorized personnel only gain entry
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and alarms, verifying the situation before taking further action
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities during your shift
  • Engage with local law enforcement to report any criminal activities and provide assistance as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in security or a related field is essential
  • Possession of a valid SIA licence is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to remain alert and composed under pressure
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and emergency procedures
