We are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team at Hirebase Uxbridge, delivering top-notch hire services to customers with a team of competent and friendly staff.
This role involves responsible safe delivery, collection, and distribution of hire equipment to customers across the UK.
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Ensure the workshop remains a safe, clean, and tidy environment for colleagues.
- Be accountable for the hire fleet within your branch, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Safeguard against theft of company goods by implementing effective security measures.
- Distribute hire equipment efficiently and safely using company vehicles, following established transport policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in stock takes as required, contributing to inventory accuracy and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
