Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Referral Department Coordinator to join our team at Scarsdale Veterinary Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the client care team, managing day-to-day operations, enhancing client experience, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, veterinary teams, and referral specialists.

You will work closely with the team to resolve any issues that may arise and provide outstanding support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 6.6 weeks annual leave, additional annual leave for your birthday, and enhanced family-friendly policies.
