Computer Science Teacher Training Apprenticeship

Aspire People Limited is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Computer Science Teacher Training Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for a Computer Science graduate to gain their QTS and embark on a rewarding teaching career.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, working 5 days a week, term time only, with a salary of up to £26,000 - £28,000. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive secondary school, providing exceptional support to Computer Science students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students, with a minimum of 12 hours or a 50% timetable.
  • Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to develop teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's Computer Science curriculum and resources.
Person Specification:

We are looking for a candidate with a 2:1 or above degree in Computer Science, a passion for education, and previous tutoring or teaching experience. The ideal candidate will also have GCSE's C/4 or above in English and Maths.
