About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to provide chargeable service delivery in the rail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and accreditation.

About the Job

This is a permanent role working 2-5 days per week. The casework will be conducted from an RPS OH base in London. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic workplace that prioritises employee support and development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Undertaking a wide variety of casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, HSE Appointed Doctor medicals, OEUK medicals and Tier 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome assessments.
  2. Participating in audit activities to maintain SEQOHS accreditation and ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  3. Overseeing quality and clinical management, supporting business development, health and safety, people and financial management, and continued professional development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Occupational Medicine, MFOM qualification with rail experience, IT literacy, and a working knowledge of MS Office suite. They will also have knowledge of quality management and accreditation systems and work-related health matters.
