As a key member of the Inspired PLC team, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's mission to enable businesses to respond to the climate emergency.

Our company is a leading provider of energy and sustainability advisory services, with a strong presence in the UK and Irish markets. We pride ourselves on our ability to solve complex challenges and provide innovative solutions to our clients.

This role will be based in our office, where you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bill Validation:
    • Process utility billing and perform regular validation runs to identify errors and discrepancies.
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure payments are correctly allocated and debt positions are managed.
    • Analyse and query historic billing to recover overcharging, including site investigations if necessary.
  • Metering:
    • Assist with the management of new metering, including site scheduling.
    • Support the maintenance and data collection of metering portfolio once up and running.
    • Add or remove supplies from relevant contracts.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Read and comply with the company's Health & Safety Policy.
    • Develop excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors, and team members.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and computer literacy skills.
    • Experience in a finance accounts role would be beneficial.
