Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled TPS Account Director to connect and optimize new and existing TPS connections towards achieving OM and TTV targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in strategic conversations with existing and new TPS assigned to discuss plans for product optimization.
- Monitor the production of assigned TPS and take action accordingly to maximize opportunities towards reaching OM and TTV targets.
- Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
- Finalize contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
- Negotiate at senior level with TPS, demonstrating commercial strength and acumen.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Achieve core KPIs, OM, and TTV targets.
- Supplier income.
- Litigation reduction.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities.
- Results-driven and passionate.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
- Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, and Accelerate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication with all audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- English speaker; Spanish advisable.
- Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the travel industry.
- Commercial or technical knowledge of XML distribution advisable.
