We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 Tonne Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient collection and delivery of parcels.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Load and unload parcels from vehicles, using a Sack Barrow/Hand Truck as needed
- Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing a high level of service and ensuring parcels are delivered safely and securely
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Valid 7.5T (C1) licence, DQC (Driver Qualification Card) and CPC accreditation
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, load and carry parcels
