We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Principal Sustainability Consultant to join our team in Guildford. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing expert advice to clients on sustainable design and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic sustainability team, fostering individual growth and development.
  • Provide high-quality technical and strategic advice to clients on a range of sustainability services, including BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and more.
  • Collaborate with design teams to deliver innovative projects that meet client needs.
  • Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the built environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful sustainability projects.
  • A relevant degree in Sustainability or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree in Building or Materials Science.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK sustainability legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in advising clients on net-zero buildings and sustainable design principles.
  • Strong project management, report writing, and client relationship skills.
