About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Estimator to join our team at TDC Consulting. As a Lead Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a fast, reliable service quote and costing service to our clients.

About the Job

  • Tender Preparation: Prepare specifications for small to medium works for client approval, and oversee complex tenders for cyclical works.
  • Site Visits: Undertake site visits to collect information for quote opportunities and meet with clients to review potential works and discuss solutions.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare pricing for estimated projects and assist in calculating costs for the administration team to issue to clients.

About You

  • Experience: You will have experience in quotations/estimates and some tender exposure, as well as experience in maintenance/trades works.
  • Skills: Effective problem-solving, planning, and dispute resolution skills are essential for this role.
