Job Summary: Construction Superintendent

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Blue Water Recruitment Limited. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction of a large industrial build in Pembroke.

You will be responsible for managing civil sub-contractors, inspecting and monitoring the site, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. The successful candidate will also provide reports on completed works and ensure that all health and safety standards are met.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing civil sub-contractors
  • Inspecting and monitoring the site
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid at Work certification
