We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our global Legal team at AlphaSights. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business across all nine of our offices, providing strategic and commercial advice to senior stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities will include negotiating contracts with clients and vendors, working closely with the client services team and our clients' legal and compliance teams to ensure clients access knowledge safely, drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures to appropriately manage risk, and developing and delivering legal and compliance training to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in professional and academic activities, with a BA/BS/LLB from a top university in the UK or other relevant law degree, and at least 1 year's experience as an English qualified solicitor at a top firm or in-house. They will also have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and strong written, oral and presentation skills.

As a member of our Legal team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership and colleagues in the legal and compliance team based in seven of our ten offices. You will be required to navigate complex and novel legal issues in a fast-paced and rapidly scaling business, and grow and develop in a high-growth commercial environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings, comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance, 25 vacation days, 8 bank holidays, and business closure over the Christmas break. You will also have the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday, and enjoy a state-of-the-art office with amenities in the City of London.
