We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner and Insight Consultant to join our Commercial Data Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our Global Corporate and Specialty Lines business achieve its growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with our Data Insights team and the GCS Business
- Receive and interpret requirements from the GCS Business for discussion with the wider Data Insights team on approach, resourcing, and managing expectations
- Utilize business knowledge to offer additional insights to the GCS business
- Assist with uplifting data literacy across the GCS business
- Support the business in the utilization and adoption of self-serve data and insight across GCS
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience in using analytical data tools
- Relevant experience in a similar role or industry, experience of insurance or the financial industry is an asset
- Coding skills in SQL or anything similar would be beneficial
- Salary between £30,000 - £38,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary
