The Role:
Become an integral part of our wealth management team, providing essential administrative support to our seasoned financial planners and team leaders in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate provider information for client recommendations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process new business transactions and verify that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Handle various financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection, in accordance with industry standards.
- Generate reports, address client inquiries, and maintain meticulous records to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills:
- Preferable qualifications include R01, CF1, or equivalent certifications in the financial services sector.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within Wealth Management or Financial Planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as Intelliflo, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Understanding of FCA regulations and operational procedures in Financial Services is mandatory.
