About the Role

As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the organisation's talent acquisition and onboarding processes, reporting to a kind and supportive Recruitment Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience
  • Work as part of a small, friendly team based in Fareham
  • Hybrid working offered with 3 days in the Fareham office and 2 days WFH (working from home) per week beyond the first 2 weeks
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months+ experience in an Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience working for an agency as a recruitment consultant or resourcer will be considered too
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Experience of recruiting candidates in skills-short markets
  • Confidence to partner effectively with key stakeholders
