Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. As a member of our Learning Disabilities Team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and staff. About the Role: The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including managing their schedules, handling correspondence, and performing other tasks as required. In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be expected to contribute to the overall success of our team by participating in meetings, taking minutes, and providing input on new projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide administrative support to clients and staff, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and performing other tasks as required.• Participate in meetings, take minutes, and provide input on new projects and initiatives.• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.• Contribute to the overall success of our team by participating in team-building activities and contributing to new project ideas.


Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working in an administrative capacity. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a post-secondary education in business administration or a related field would be an asset. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

Working Conditions: This is a part-time, temporary position that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm. You will be required to work from our office location in Monmouth, which is easily accessible by public transportation. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $75 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
