As a Capital Sales Specialist - Life Science with us, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships within the life science industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new sales opportunities and close deals, while also maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier life science companies, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A successful history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the life science industry, including current trends and challenges.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term business plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private healthcare, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
