About the Role

CRS is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the Buy-To-Let sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, Networks, and Mortgage Clubs to increase market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business lending opportunities in the Buy-To-Let market.
  • Target, onboard, and manage relationships with Mortgage Clubs and Networks to drive business growth.
  • Represent CRS at Network and Club roadshows to promote our products and services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for case enquiries and provide updates on products, services, and promotions to brokers.
  • Offer support to brokers in processing applications and resolving issues.
  • Generate new business leads through targeted visits to intermediaries and educate them about our buy-to-let mortgage products and processes.
  • Negotiate and secure deals that align with our lending policies and monitor market trends in the buy-to-let and property finance sector.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Buy to Let sector working with Mortgage Clubs and Networks.
  • Strong understanding of the buy-to-let market and property finance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with brokers and intermediaries.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
