Insurance Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled insurance sales representative to join our team at Bighornlaw. As an insurance sales representative, you will be responsible for facilitating insurance sales among new and prospective clients. Your strong interpersonal communication skills will enable you to effectively analyze complex insurance programs and identify the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on changes to insurance agency rules and policies to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients.
  • Implement marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients and maintain a portfolio of current clients.
  • Communicate effectively with new and potential clients to accurately identify their insurance needs.
  • Update reports, records, and organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals.
  • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze complex insurance programs.
  • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful.
  • Computer experience, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Open to learning about the insurance industry and its regulations.

Compensation

$50,000+ at goal
