Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry at a senior level
  • Experience in e-commerce is essential
  • Previous campaign experience and excellent knowledge of multi-channel digital media including, but not limited to PPC, Social Media, Email marketing and SEO
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with experience stepping into senior roles when required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a flexible approach to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, Email Marketing
