About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Site Sales Consultant to join our dynamic property development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with homebuyers and developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and manage property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
  • Canvass for new business and engage with the local community
  • Create marketing content, including social media posts and videos
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high service standards
  • Prepare contracts and handle sales documentation
  • Refer clients to internal services, such as mortgage advisors and legal services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven success in a sales-driven role, ideally within estate agency or new homes sales
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Working Hours

This role will work Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm.
