**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal PA to join our client's team in Epsom. As a key member of the support staff, you will be responsible for providing seamless assistance to fee earners, ensuring they work at their highest efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have substantial previous legal secretarial experience and possess advanced IT skills, including fast typing speed and proficiency in case management systems. A proactive, positive, and client-focused approach is essential, along with high accuracy and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Support fee earners with digital dictation and in-office tasks.
  2. Prepare documents, including transcribing dictation.
  3. Manage filing, including opening, closing, and retrieving client files as per office procedures.
  4. Handle mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  5. Coordinate copying tasks.
  6. Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain diaries for fee earners.
  7. Prepare and tidy the conference room, providing refreshments if needed.
  8. Assist other secretaries as required.
  9. Provide professional client support both in person and by phone.
  10. Complete required training and take responsibility for self-development.
  11. Ensure confidentiality.
  12. Filling out online forms and utilizing case management systems.

**Requirements**

  • Fast typing speed and advanced IT skills.
  • Substantial previous legal secretarial experience (essential).
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, positive, and client focused.
  • Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and collaborate in a team.
  • Committed to the firm and legal work.
  • Courteous and respectful to colleagues and clients.
  • Willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
  • Familiar with Practice Evolve or other case management systems.
  • Knowledge of legal practices.

**What We Offer**

  • Up to £32,800 (DOE)
