Job Summary
Lorien is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our process excellence initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Lead high-value, cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma and Intelligent Automation methodologies.
- Deliver measurable results and present to senior leadership.
- Conduct process optimization reviews and provide recommendations on Lean, DMAIC, and IA tool usage.
- Guide project teams through the DMAIC roadmap.
- Identify customer needs through data collection, surveys, and interviews.
- Oversee data collection and analysis, defining project metrics.
- Scope and assist in project definition for LSS projects.
- Develop pilot plans and control plans to ensure sustainable project gains.
- Program Support
- Develop and deliver process improvement materials and training.
- Lead the development and delivery of continuous improvement documentation and training.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of continuous improvement standards and methods.
- Drive innovative strategies and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Black Belt certification preferred.
- Agile, Safe, PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification an advantage.
