This role is based within our Travel Retail team at Gatwick Airport, which is one of the most dynamic and fast-paced environments in the industry.

As a Perfume Specialist, you will be the face of Jo Malone London and play a key role in bringing our brand to life within our boutiques.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Our ideal candidate will have strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and will be able to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information, and provide expert advice and recommendations to our customers.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, plus benefits.
