Job Summary

The SAP Key User will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management system. As the primary point of contact between IT and warehouse operators, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into SAP system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and validate SAP solutions to ensure they meet customer and business needs
  • Identify and resolve complex system issues
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide support
  • Manage inventory, cycle counting, and stock control processes
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement new customers into the warehouse management system
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the SAP Warehouse support team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP Key User (ERP) with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft packages and SAP WMS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and customers
