About the Role:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in hiring top talent across three impactful sectors.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies for each sector.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments, ensuring a clear understanding of staffing needs.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates qualifications and suitability for roles, and guide them through the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of recruiting across different sectors (Social Care, Construction, Education preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the unique recruitment challenges and opportunities within these industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies across different industries simultaneously.
  • A creative and strategic approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A passion for helping organisations grow by identifying and hiring top talent.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum)
