About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Anchor, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and live their lives to the fullest.

You will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care, meal times, and activities, as well as providing a listening ear and emotional support when needed.

We are looking for compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated individuals who share our values of Accountability, Respect, Courage, and Honesty.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training, NVQs, and QCFs, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.
