About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the sales process.
  • Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to ensure seamless progression.
  • Promote our services and generate referral leads through effective communication and relationship-building.

About You:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales progression, with a strong understanding of the sales process and its complexities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
  • Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
