We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the sales process.
- Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to ensure seamless progression.
- Promote our services and generate referral leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
About You:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales progression, with a strong understanding of the sales process and its complexities.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
