Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Requirements
  • Estate agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license holder
