Job Title: Property Inventory and Inspection Clerk

Location: Travelling position, covering various locations.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 5:30 pm. 30 minute lunch break

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory and Inspection Clerk to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Submitting comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basis
  • Building effective and warm relationships with clients, whilst conducting mid-term inspections
  • Undertaking inventory and check-out services on properties, with a keen eye and attention to detail
  • Meeting daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work
  • Attending Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtaining skills in inventory's, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAs

Skills Required:

  • A keen eye and attention to details with 100% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and tight turn-around times
  • Clear and articulate communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload

Experience:

Preferably some experience in carrying out property inventory and inspections

Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service
