We're seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join our earthworks, drainage, and highways team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire.
As a Sub Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the technical compliance of the project, aligning with the design specification. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project
- Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards
- Accurately record labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources
- Create a programme to plan and measure day-to-day activities
We're looking for a candidate with:
Requirements:- Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
- CSCS card
- Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business
We offer a competitive salary, £43,000 - £56,000 per year, plus a £5,900 annual car allowance, private healthcare, and benefits. If you're passionate about infrastructure development and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.
