We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cygnet Bostall House, located in Abbey Wood, London.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction for six service users. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop individualized care plans and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' occupational needs and develop tailored interventions to address these needs
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that support individuals to achieve their goals
  • Provide supervision and guidance to an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to ensure seamless delivery of occupational therapy services

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously as part of a dynamic team

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £27,955 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours), plus a range of benefits including free parking, free meals on duty, and a relocation package for eligible candidates.
