We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Instructor in Mechanical Engineering to join our team at Imperial Recruitment Group. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver a wide range of challenging and relevant learning experiences that ensure all learners can develop and apply the skills, knowledge, behaviors, and attitudes required for the 21st Century learning, life, and work.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a suitable Assessment Programme ensuring marked work meets Middlesbrough College Gold Standards.
- Student Support: Utilize diagnostic assessment tools to identify learning strengths and needs of every student, on a regular basis, for the purpose of intervention and/or acceleration toward academic achievement.
- Classroom Management: Take necessary and reasonable precautions to assure safety in the classroom and the College for all students.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by Middlesbrough College and any statutory regulators.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in all professional development opportunities including relevant industrial updating.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Current knowledge and/or experience of teaching in one or more fields of Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Current knowledge and/or experience of career opportunities in the sector for and 19+ learners.
- Skills: The ability to prepare written and visual teaching materials including the effective use of Information Learning Technology.
