Norse Group is a leading provider of contract cleaning services, partnering with Newport City Council to deliver high-quality solutions across the local area.

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team at Caerleon Lodge Hill in Newport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the site's cleanliness, security, and overall appearance, undertaking various cleaning duties as required.

  • Ensure the site is kept clean, secure, and well-maintained
  • Report any defects or issues to the Area Supervisor
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service

This is a part-time, permanent position, working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:30pm - 17:30pm. We offer comprehensive training for new recruits, but we are ideally looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, including the use of machinery and products
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own workload
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with the public and clients
