Job Overview
Earn a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum as a Project Manager for Efficient Service Delivery in Scotland. This role involves overseeing construction site operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
About the Role
- Promote exceptional safety standards and deliver quality projects consistently.
- Coordinate and control construction activities to meet schedule and budget requirements.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise staff, and perform necessary briefings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients at all levels.
- Implement the Business Management System (BMS) across all stages of the project.
- Ensure that site non-conformities are reported and resolved promptly.
- Proactively manage costs and implement controls to maintain profitability.
- Perform additional duties as required and maintain confidentiality when needed.
About You
- Hold a relevant engineering or project management qualification, such as an HND.
- Possess significant experience in the construction industry, preferably in water framework projects.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects within agreed parameters.
- Hold IOSH or SMSTS Safety Management certification.
- Be in possession of a CSCS Card.
- Excel in verbal and written communication skills.
